Stop procrastination and reduce your working hours!

During this digital workshop you will be introduced to a toolbox with tips and techniques so that you may study in the most efficient and the most enjoyable way possible.

First we will concern ourselves with how our brain works and you will learn to differentiate between “USB memory stick studying” and “networked studying”.

After that you will get to know some learning methods like the “Feynman Method” or “Images and Associations”. With these techniques you can improve the processing depth of your knowledge.

Finally, we cover some fundamental principles of “work-life-learn balance” and „time management“.
