The coordinating body for equal opportunities and diversity was established in April 2016 with the intention to combine the fields of action of equality, family friendliness, accessibility and diversity into an integrating diversity management. Thus synergy effects are used in everyday work. The coordinating body develops strategies and concepts for measures to promote equal opportunities and equity. The team is committed to equal opportunities at the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society and counters discrimination.
