The Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society is discontinuing the previous VPN service OpenVPN. The shutdown will take place tomorrow. From this date, it will no longer be possible to connect via OpenVPN.
This change only affects users who are currently still using OpenVPN.
Not affected are:
- Users of eduVPN
- Employees who already use Sophos Connect
Affected in particular are:
- Employees at the Neustadt site
- Users of a DLR notebook
- Lecturers with previous OpenVPN access
- Students who have not yet switched to eduVPN
Important note:
If you are still using OpenVPN, you must switch to eduVPN in good time to ensure continued secure access to university resources.
