In order to start the MBA program, the following admission requirements should be fulfilled:
Ideally, you already have a degree in economics from a university or collage, or an accredited Bachelor's degree from a vocational academy (with a grade average of 2.5 or better) and additionally have at least one year of professional practice in commercial fields of activity.
If your average grade is less than 2.5, you will be admitted after a motivation interview.
All applicants must have the required minimum score in English in accordance with the common European framework of reference for languages (CEFR) in the form of a certified B2 level. The language certificate should not be older than 5 years, the date shall apply retroactively from the current date of the application.
Under certain conditions, applicants without a first university degree may also be admitted to study after passing the aptitude test:
Applicants without the first degree must have a university entrance qualification and have at least three years of relevant professional practice. This must include sufficient content relations to the chosen course of study, personal above-average qualifications and international experience, which is required for the course of study.
The aptitude test is based on a motivation letter, a one-hour written examination, in which the basic knowledge of the following business subjects will be asked:
• General Business Management
• General Political Economics
• Human Resource Management and
to determine suitability for admission to this MBA program.
In addition, the applicants should express their motivation to start the study in a subsequent interview the course of study manager and program director.
The Master's program comprises a workload of 90 ECTS credits. After the successful completion, the internationally recognized academic degree Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be awarded.
The completion of this Master's program opens the door to a higher civil service and the way to doctoral studies, according to the doctoral regulations of the respective university.

The International Business Management course of study starts in the winter semester. A lateral entry in the summer semester is possible by prior arrangement. Applications for admission and the required documents must be submitted to the Central Office for distance learning at the Universities of Applied Sciences (zfh) by 15 July.
The group size is limited to max. 20 participants.
