Participants learn to speak confidently and freely, to present their own ideas convincingly and to get other people excited about a topic. Both verbal and non-verbal means of expression are covered.

• Structure of free speech

• Speaking in front of a group

• Dealing with speech anxietyPreparing, delivering and evaluating various speeches

• Use of body language

• Use of visualization aids

• Playful handling of "black holes"

Methods: individual and group work, exercises, video recording with analysis, short presentations
