Whether you are a fan of K-pop and K-dramas or just want to improve your language skills, you are all welcome! This course builds on Korean I and is therefore aimed at learners with previous knowledge of Korean, e.g: - Theme particles - Subject particles - The verb "to be" and negation - Verb conjugation in the present tense - Directional particle - Expressions for presence and absence with - The Korean number system - Genitive particles The following topics are covered: - Object particles - Verb negation - Time particle - Invitations/requests - Place particle - Past and future forms of verbs - Making suggestions By the end of the course, you will be able to hold simple conversations on everyday topics as well as understand and write short texts! Organizational details: This course takes place online via Zoom. Please participate in class with a microphone AND camera so that active interaction is possible despite the virtual format, which contributes to effective foreign language teaching. A course book is not compulsory. It is recommended to purchase it after the first session. |
