| The course is designed for learning the Ukrainian language at a basic level. The aim of the course is to acquire communication skills, such as the ability to understand and use everyday expressions and simple sentences to communicate in simple situations. In the Ukrainian A1 course you will learn the Cyrillic alphabet and how to read in Cyrillic script. You will be able to use familiar and everyday expressions and simple sentences aimed at specific needs. You will be able to greet and say goodbye, inquire about people's mood and ask what is happening around you, introduce yourself, talk about your favorite activities and the weather, etc. You will also learn the Ukrainian equivalents of terms that are very important to the worldview and current events in Ukraine, such as peace, freedom, dignity, courage, gratitude and love. Learning a new language is always a very interesting intellectual journey. So join us! |
