Particularly when different Office programs interact, difficulties often arise because certain options for linking Office documents from the different programs are hardly known and are therefore not or only insufficiently used. - Display and process ACCESS databases or data extracts (with MS QUERY) in EXCEL (consolidation, pivot table)

Use of filter and sorting functions for data preparation - Display ACCESS data using EXCEL charts
POWERPOINT: - Display WORD, EXCEL or ACCESS content in presentations - with dynamic linking (changes to content in the original file are shown immediately in PPT)
- Export presentations to WORD for further design, e.g. for handouts
- EXCEL diagrams in POWERPOINT
ACCESS: - Create queries and reports from ACCESS data and export them to WORD, e.g. to design catalogs or overviews
