In the introductory event for first-year students in the International Human Resource Management and Organization (IPO) program, IPO and IHRM graduate Pavlos Sidiropoulos, who now works in HR for Robert Bosch GmbH, gave a guest lecture on his experiences at HWG and on career prospects in the job market.
In a reflection round, the following questions were discussed with the students:
- WHY (Why did I choose to study, what drives me?),
- HOW (How do I want to approach studying and make it work for me?),
- WHAT (What specifically do I hope to get out of studying and want to learn?).
The students were enthusiastic and expressed positive opinions throughout.
