University Information Day (HIT) on May 10, 2025

Get a taste of campus life at the HIT 2025

The Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society (HWG LU) invites you to the "Hochschulinfotag" (HIT) on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the campus at Ernst-Boehe-Straße 4 in Ludwigshafen-Mundenheim. This is an excellent opportunity for all prospective students to find out in person about our wide range of courses, from Bachelor's to Master's and dual programs, to explore the campus and take a look inside our new building!

Meet the students
At HIT 2025, our four departments will provide information about the more than 40 degree programs with a focus on business administration, social sciences and healthcare. The East Asia Institute, the Neustadt Wine Campus, the General Students' Committee (AStA), the GSRN and the International Office will also be presenting themselves. The agenda also includes taster lectures, information presentations, campus tours, a meet-the-students lounge and a varied accompanying program. The canteen, cafeteria and library are also open.

Studying in the new building
HWG LU moved into its new building (C-building) in the summer semester of 2024: In addition to new lecture halls, group study rooms and offices, it also boasts a much larger canteen and wonderful library rooms. A park-like green area has been created between the existing university buildings and the new building, which invites you to relax or work in the green between lectures.

Plenty of information: the landing page for prospective students
If you don't want to wait until May, you can find out more in advance on the landing page for prospective students: At https://lust-aufs-studium.hwg-lu.de/ provides a compact summary of all the important information for prospective students.

Did you know?
With around 4,500 students, HWG LU is a well-connected institution in the diverse university landscape of the metropolitan region. It offers a wide range of interesting degree programs in the fields of business administration, social and health sciences, from Bachelor's, Master's and MBA degrees to dual and internationally oriented study programs. The university's Graduate School Rhein-Neckar (GSRN) complements the portfolio with part-time continuing education programs, distance learning courses and certificate programs.

Whether HWG LU or GSRN - small learning groups and highly didactically trained teaching staff guarantee personal contact with lecturers and the efficient teaching of specialist knowledge, methodology and social skills.

Practical orientation, research strength and regional and international networking with institutions, partner universities, social organizations and commercial enterprises are what set them apart and open up the best opportunities for students to start their careers later on.

It's worth coming by!
The university information day is open to all interested parties and is of course free of charge. Pre-registration is not required.
