Human Resources Management (MBA)

Welcome to the website of the MBA program in Human Resources Management offered by the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with the Management Academy Heidelberg (MAH).

The part-time MBA Human Resources Management prepares students in 21 months for the challenges of tomorrow's  human resources management. All topics and issues relating to contemporary and future-oriented human resources work are taught systematically and in a practice-oriented manner in the course of study. This challenging and goal-oriented dual study program for human resources management combines science with business, theory with practice and empiricism with experience. It is tailored to the needs and requirements of full-time professionals and managers who want to advance their professional development.

The course of study was developed in conjunction with practical experience and receives timely impetus from companies through the close cooperation between the Management Academy Heidelberg gGmbH (MAH) and the university, which has existed since 2007. MAH not only plays a key role in networking with HR and management practice, but also acts as a service provider during implementation and as a support team for the program in close coordination with the program management.

For the students, a special added value is derived from this cooperation in that the customer orientation and the distinctive service concept of the MAH brings a qualitative plus. We are available when you need us. So also in the evening after your working day.

The proven practical orientation and establishment of important networks from the HR community is another plus that the cooperation between the university and MAH brings for the students.

The program is currently undergoing reaccreditation. Upon successful completion of all modules and the master's thesis, students earn the MBA degree from the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences.
