Human Resources Management (MBA)

Welcome to the website of the MBA Human Resources Management degree programs offered by the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society in cooperation with the Management Academy Heidelberg (MAH).

The part-time MBA Human Resources Management prepares students in 21 months for the challenges of tomorrow's human resources management  . All topics and issues relating to contemporary and future-oriented HR work are taught systematically and practically in the degree programs. This challenging and goal-oriented dual degree course in HR management combines science with business, theory with practice and empiricism with experience. It is tailored to the needs and requirements of full-time specialists and managers who want to advance their professional development.

The degree programs were developed together with practitioners and receives timely impulses from companies through the close cooperation between the Management Academy Heidelberg gGmbH (MAH) and the university, which has existed since 2007. The MAH is not only responsible for networking with HR and management practice, but also acts as a service institution in the implementation and as an accompanying team in the supervision of the degree programs in close coordination with the degree program management.

For the students, this cooperation results in particular added value, as the MAH's customer orientation and pronounced service philosophy bring a qualitative plus. We are at your disposal whenever you need us. Even in the evening after your working day.

The proven practical relevance and the establishment of important networks in the HR community is a further advantage that the cooperation between the university and the MAH brings for the students.

The degree programs are currently undergoing reaccreditation. Upon successful completion of all modules and the Master's thesis, students are awarded the MBA title by the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society.
