Partner Companies

The innovative program structure of the Business and International Programs (BIP) offers both students and cooperating partner companies numerous benefits. For students, the close integration of real-world work experience, international contact, and academic study leads to a valuable degree.

For companies, participating in this dual-cooperative study program helps them attract motivated, high-performing employees. Our partner companies come from many different industries. Accordingly, students bring their varied experiences from working at the different partner companies to the university, which results in a multifaceted range of perspectives in the classroom.

Benefits for Partner Companies

  •  Student’s long-term involvement at their company increases their motivation.
  • The direct transfer of practical experience and continuous opportunities for on-the-job application help students deepen their knowledge and improve their overall know-how and abilities.
  • Working together with the University of Applied Sciences leads to beneficial networking effects for companies. For instance, professors are available to advise students and may be involved in company-related case studies.
  • At the end of the program, students are ready for immediate employment at the company –without needing a training period.
