Profile

Start in winter semester 25/26 as the successor to the Bachelor's program "Berufsintegrierendes Studium BIS"

The practice-oriented Bachelor's degree course in Applied Management with 210 ECTS provides a sound overall understanding of business administration and covers key subject areas such as marketing, human resources, finance, controlling, logistics, law and sustainability. The course is supplemented by content from business psychology and business informatics.

There is a particular focus on linking theory and practice. The courses are taught by experienced lecturers with a strong practical focus and are geared towards current economic developments.

Study organization

The study model combines face-to-face and online teaching and thus enables a high degree of flexibility:

  • Classroom teaching usually takes place one afternoon a week
  • Online education mainly takes place on selected Saturdays
  • Timetables and examination schedules are set well in advance
  • Fixed lecture-free periods make planning easier

This makes the degree programs particularly suitable for students who want to combine their studies with work, family or practical activities.

Target group

The degree programs are aimed at prospective students with a qualification for university entrance who are looking for a practical business education and want to integrate professional experience at an early stage.

Graduates have a wide range of career opportunities in companies, organizations and non-profit institutions, for example in the fields of
