Quality control

At a university, a wide variety of processes run in daily operations, often in parallel. Handouts, samples and templates are intended to facilitate the process flows and ensure the application of common quality standards. Important processes in the context of quality assurance and development are documented, regularly reflected upon and adapted.

Relevant in this phase, however, are above all a wide variety of consulting and support services (see figure below). In addition to adequate initial qualification, the provision of suitable development opportunities represents an important aspect for the individual (further) qualification of the groups of persons involved and takes place through a wide range of offers from the area of personnel development and university didactics.

In addition to the personnel policy aspects, the "climate" in the interaction between staff, teaching staff and students plays an important role. Shared values and norms as well as patterns of thinking and behavior enable a pleasant working, teaching and learning atmosphere and goal-oriented joint action. The considerations made during the planning phase play a decisive and formative role.
