"After around 60 days in office as Dean of the Department of Marketing and Human Resources Management, I would like to thank the Executive Board of Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences for their excellent, constructive and trusting cooperation. A central goal of my term of office is the consistent further development of our study programs - in particular through the integration of digital skills and the considered use of artificial intelligence in the curricula in order to provide our students with future-oriented qualifications. The Department will shape this process with a spirit of innovation, responsibility and in close cooperation with teaching staff, students and practice partners," said Elmar Günther, outlining one of the future focal points of his work.
"The Executive Board is also delighted with the ongoing, very constructive and trusting cooperation and the further development of the Department! The targeted expansion of AI skills in our degree programs strengthens both the individual qualifications of our students and the innovative power of the university as a whole. We are very grateful for Professor Blettner's many years of outstanding leadership of the Department," said University President Prof. Dr. Gunther Piller on behalf of the Executive Board.
