For the 7th time in a row, the head of the university-affiliated Institute for Employment and Employability (IBE), Prof. Dr. Jutta Rump, has been named one of the 40 leading personalities in the field of human resources.
Every two years, the editors of Personalmagazin compile a list of the "40 leading HR minds"; this year for the ninth time. The award is given to 40 personalities from the categories of 'manager', 'scientist' and 'consultant' who are advancing human resources management. The criteria for selection are: excellence in the field, influence on opinion-forming in HR, promoter of a topic and power factor in the industry. The decisive factor for the assessment is the work done in the last two years.
Prof. Dr. Jutta Rump, Professor of General Business Administration with a focus on International Human Resource Management and Organizational Development at the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences and Director of the university-affiliated Institute for Employment and Employability (IBE), has been recognized as one of the 40 leading HR minds in the 'Science' category for the 7th time with this year's honor. The jury dubbed Rump "the effective one" and attested her comprehensive importance for the HR sector: "She is omnipresent in political as well as economic commissions and associations on federal and state level. Her focus topic 'Employability' is more topical than ever and she always has an impact on companies - with well-founded impulses and pragmatic action aids."
