Students of the Master's program in Business Informatics with a focus on Data Science & Consulting worked on a variety of projects in the field of Data Science and Big Data. This was done in cooperation with the companies Breuninger, IBsolution, Verovis and Stocard by Klarna, for which the students acted as business consultants and solved exciting challenges on topics such as image recognition, prediction of customer behavior, action-based corporate planning and control, and sustainability reporting.
The projects were supervised by Prof. Dr. Maximilian Coblenz and Prof. Dr. Klaus Freyburger as part of the "Data Science/Big Data Practice Project" course. After several weeks of work, the results were presented to the company representatives and the other students. The university would like to thank the participating companies Breuninger, IBsolution, Verovis and Stocard by Klarna for their excellent cooperation.
