What is the lottery procedure?
After the admission procedure has been completed, any remaining places will be drawn by lot. All information on how to take part in the lottery procedure and what to bear in mind can be found on this page.
Which degree programs take part in the lottery procedure?
The degree programs participating in the lottery procedure will be announced here at the appropriate time.
When can I apply for the lottery procedure?
If a lottery takes place, the relevant information will be published here.
Who can take part in the lottery?
Applicants who are not yet enrolled in a degree program at Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society or have applied for enrollment are eligible to apply.
Participation is also not possible if applicants are/were placed in a higher semester due to recognition of credits from a previous degree program.
How does the lottery procedure work?
Step 1: Registration in the application portal of the LudwigshafenUniversity of Business and Society
Registration via the portal is required for a valid application.
NOTE: If you have already registered in the application portal for the winter semester, you can simply log in to the portal with your known data. No new registration is necessary.
Once you have registered, you will receive an email for verification and your login details.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you write down your login details. You will need them to track the status of your application. This data is also important for your enrollment in the event of admission.
Step 2: Application including uploading documents in the application portal
After logging in, you can "start your application" via the start page. You will now be guided through the application step by step. Please make sure to select "Bachelor (lottery procedure)" / degree program "Business Administration (lottery procedure)". In the further course of your application, you can then select your desired field of study (see above).
You can upload the relevant documents using the individual upload buttons. An explanation of which documents you need to upload in which area can be found under the buttons.
What else do I need to consider?
- You can find information about which documents you need to upload to the application portal on the page for your chosen degree program.
- Once you have submitted the application by clicking on "Submit application", no further changes are possible. Submitted applications initially receive the status "received". As soon as the status of your application changes, we will inform you by e-mail.
- Note: The lottery procedure is purely digital, uploading the documents etc. is sufficient. It is not necessary to send them by post!
