f4transkript is a transcription software that is available free of charge to all members of our university.

The application helps you to transcribe conversations from audio or video recordings such as interviews or discussions.

No special configuration is required on the computer - download, install and start f4transkript.

Licenses for f4transkript are issued automatically via the university's central license server and only within the university network

For macOS you have to use f5transcript. This requires the F5.license file. To do this, place the F5.license in the same directory as the F5.app. When f5transcript is started, the license information is automatically detected and applied.
