Improvement and complaints system
Dear students,
Welcome to the improvement and complaints pages! Everyone knows that not everything always runs smoothly during studies and that there is potential for improvement in many different areas. However, as a university, we often do not know the specific stumbling blocks, problems, complaints and their "severity".
It is important to us that you do not carry any problems around with you unheard for long. We would therefore like to encourage you to get in touch, preferably where the problem has arisen. Our experience is that problems can usually be solved best and fastest through direct communication between those affected and those responsible. If you were unable to resolve your concern through direct contact and would therefore like to follow up, you can contact us. But even if it is a sensitive issue that you do not wish to discuss openly, we offer you the opportunity to talk to us in private.
It goes without saying that we will treat all your concerns confidentially. Confidentiality means that we will not pass on your data, e.g. your name, in connection with all conversation content, whether exchanged by e-mail, telephone or in person, or discuss it with other people without your consent.
"We", that is Susanne Frenzel and Peter Weitkamp. You can contact us by e-mail and telephone.
By the way: Your suggestions for improvements are also important to us. We look forward to your ideas.
