Plan the next step in your career!

You study our continuing education program as a distance learning program. This includes the MBA (Digital) Finance, Strategy & Accounting as well as certificate courses and individual enrollments in modules of the study program. With its combination of finance, strategy, accounting and consulting, and the intensive teaching of management skills , the MBA distance learning program fills a gap in the continuing education market nationwide.

The program is aimed at working professionals who wish to continue their management or specialist career in the areas of finance, strategy and accounting on a part-time basis and strengthen their skills in the area of employee management .

During the course of study, students qualify for tasks in financial corporate management and capital investment as well as capital market-oriented accounting and communication with capital providers. Furthermore, they also acquire problem-solving skills in the development and implementation of corporate strategies, their monitoring and controlling. Leadership skills are trained intensively; participants acquire the tools to do the right thing in personnel management, in coaching themselves and others, and in negotiations.

In this way, you will cover all the functions you need for a demanding management activity or specialist career .

The study program  is independent oftime and place. Learning speed and learning behavior can thus be flexibly arranged, taking into account personal and professional requirements. Admission requirements are either a completed first degree (university, university of applied sciences, accredited course of study at a university of cooperative education) with a grade point average better than 3.0 and at least one year of relevant practical professional activity. If the grade point average is lower than 3.0, admission is granted by passing an aptitude test. Alternatively, admission requires the presentation of a university entrance qualification with at least three years of professional activity with management tasks and content-related proximity to the course of study and the passing of an aptitude test.

The phases of the self-study of the participants on the basis of teaching letters and further teaching materials in electronic form areaccompanied by our lecturers over a learning platform professionally and completely individually supported. The presence phase takes approx. 5-12 days of the term and takes place predominantly on Fridays and Saturdays at the university for economics and society Ludwigshafen. Then the learned material is discussed and deepened by means of exercises, discussions and case studies. Each module ends with an examination in the form of written exams or seminar papers or presentations. After five semesters of standard study time, students receive the internationally recognized academic title  "Master of Business Administration (MBA)".

Individual modules can be taken in the certificate program.
