For prospective students

Dear prospective students,

thank you for your interest in our master's program in Project Management in Department II at the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences.

Professional project management on an international level or in large-scale projects primarily requires project management expertise, business know-how and soft skills.

Admission to the master's program is based on the following criteria:

  • Completed studies at a university/university of applied sciences or equivalent.

As part of the process of opening up universities to those with professional qualifications, the Rhineland-Palatinate Higher Education Act allows suitable applicants - even those without a first degree - to enter the master's program directly.

A university entrance qualification (e.g. Abitur, Fachhochschulreife or comparable professional further qualification, e.g. a master craftsman's examination) and additionally several years of relevant professional experience counts as an equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in PM functions.

Applicants with a first degree must also have at least one year of relevant work experience in PM functions.

Applicants without a first degree must have at least three years of relevant PM-specific work experience after university entrance qualification.

  • Successful participation in a selection interview (and, if applicable, an aptitude test).

In order to get a direct impression of the study program and individual contents, you have the opportunity to participate in an ongoing classroom event as a guest auditor. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Detailed information on admission requirements can be found on the study program page.
