Elections at the HWG LU: Information for students
HWG LU students elect their representatives for the Senate and the faculty councils
It pays to have a say! On this page you will find all information about the 2025 student elections to the councils
of Departments I, II, III or IV and the Senate.
Period:
The elections will take place: Monday, 01.12.2025 and Tuesday, 02.12.2025, daily from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m:
- in the foyer auditorium/library (Ernst-Boehe-Straße 4 - 6, 67059 Ludwigshafen, Building C, first floor, C0.015) and
- for students of the East Asia Institute in the library of the OAI (Rheinpromenade 12, 67059 Ludwigshafen, 2nd floor).

Would you like to play an active role at the university?
Have your fellow students nominate you for election or put yourself forward without having to rely on the confirmation of another person.
Nominations must be submitted by Sunday, 16.11.2025 at the latestby e-mail from your personal university address (Studmail address) to pascal.mayer@hwg-lu.de or by post to the attention of the election management of the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society(Ernst-Boehe-Str. 4, 67059 Ludwigshafen).

Please note that completing the election form does not constitute an official election proposal - this must be submitted to the election management by Stud-Mail address or by post.
