Once a year, the university magazine "Spektrum" is aimed at the internal and external public in Ludwigshafen and the surrounding area who are interested in the university in order to familiarize readers with aspects of work and life at the university. It is published with 1,500 copies and online as an ePaper at www.hwg-lu.de/spektrum.
The advertisements can be selected in different sizes:

- Half page in type area:210 mm wide/110.1 mm high or 170 mm wide/110.1 mm high
Stand promotion
A stand promotion offers you the opportunity to present your company and your products or services directly to an engaged and interested target group in order to attract potential future employees, expand your network and present your company to the academic community.
For €360 plus VAT (19%), it is possible to book an exclusive all-day stand either outdoors or indoors in front of our busy library.
We would be very happy to talk to you about the details such as the perfect location, size and equipment of your promotional stand.
Advertising space Showcases
Our display cases are located in the immediate vicinity of the lecture halls and seminar rooms in our building A. An area of 80 x 180 cm offers space for your poster campaign.
Contact us and we will discuss together how long you would like to use the space.
First semester bags
At the start of the summer or winter semester, we welcome our new students with a very special welcome gift: a high-quality bag that is not only practical, but also a symbol of the start of an exciting period of study. These bags are distributed at the first semester welcome and filled by the students with all kinds of promotional material from our partners.
We offer you the opportunity to place your logo on the back of the bag. This not only shows your support for the students, but also creates a direct link to your brand. In this way, you can contribute to the financing of our annual graduation ceremony, for example.
In addition, you have the opportunity to provide us with give-aways suitable for the target group in the run-up to our first semester welcome events. We hand these out together with the first semester bags at the welcome events. Our new students can then put together their own advertising and information material of interest to them.

Use our roll-ups, which are set up in strategically selected locations, to put your brand in the spotlight.
Would you like to get in touch with students directly? Then our flyers are just the thing for you! We actively distribute your flyers on campus. Please note that the distribution of flyers is not part of our offer.
We also offer the opportunity to display banner advertising at various locations in the HWG LU buildings. Bring your own banners in the size 2x1m crosswise with eyelets all around (material: mesh) and let them shine visibly on campus!

Promotion of the library
