On May 7, 2025, the interactive brainstorming workshop with Frauke Bothe-Anstädt and Phillip Knell from NEXT MANNHEIM inspired students with practical methods for developing innovative start-up ideas from real-life challenges.
The focus was on the question: "How can we get students excited about sustainable behavior?" Various creative methods were tried out, including mind mapping and the perspective game "What would XY do?", which broadened thinking horizons and opened up new perspectives. The workshop led from problem definition to analysis and idea generation under the motivating motto: "There are no limits here."
In dynamic small groups, the participants developed original concepts in a very short space of time, opening up exciting opportunities for innovation in the travel market.
A special highlight was the venue itself: the Ideas Forest - a creatively designed experimental space that promotes new ways of thinking and collaborative work, designed by EMPOWER.
The workshop impressively demonstrated how forward-looking ideas can be developed by combining creativity and structured thinking in an inspiring environment.
