With sweet commitment and lots of baking enthusiasm, the five BIP students Lisa Bühler, Xiaoqi Guo, Jasmin Preiss, Laura Steinbrenner and Charlotte Walter organized a cake sale on the HWG LU campus as part of Professor Mustafa Canbolat's MBA course, with all proceeds going to the Tafel Ludwigshafen food bank. The idea behind it: Spreading everyday joy and helping others in the process.
The home-baked range was impressive - from moist brownies and cookies to classic marble cake, apple pie and cheesecake, banana bread, muffins, fluffy cinnamon buns, the Japanese specialty dorayaki and fine Swiss rolls, there was something for every taste. Within a short space of time, the sale raised an impressive 270 euros. The entire sum will be donated to the Ludwigshafen food bank, which supports people in need in the region.
The project shows that you can also do good with a delicious piece of cake.
