    In order to ensure quality in the central administrative units of the university, an internal quality management system has been established, from which quality assurance measures are derived in the form of a continuous organizational development process. Quality management and organizational development are seen as a single unit that is closely intertwined with personnel development.

    Areas of responsibility and services

    • Advising the university management, departments, institutes and divisions on all questions of organizational development
    • Support of the university management in the development of mission statements and strategies as well as in the formulation of university development planning
    • Maintenance of the organizational plans, the organizational chart as well as the business distribution plan
    • Coordination of the quality circle
    • Organization of management feedback and employee surveys
    • Collaboration in the evaluation of the improvement and complaint system
