All students at a German university must pay the semester fee each semester.
The semester fee is a statutory contribution that finances the needs of the student body, such as the canteen, dormitories or childcare services. The Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society accepts the semester fee and passes it on to the recipients (student body and Studierendenwerk Vorderpfalz).

If you are studying from the age of 60, an additional tuition fee of €700 is due each semester. If this fee applies in your case, you will receive a separate request for payment from us.

Important information in case of renouncing the study place
If the enrollment is canceled or the study place is waived, fees will be charged in accordance with the state ordinance on fees in the areas of science, further education and research (special fee schedule - Annex point 1.9).
