The Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences was able to prevail in the application process for the Professorinnen-Programm III funds. With the funds, we are currently able to offer the following:

• Bridging scholarships for female research assistants
• Scholarships for female master's students or research assistants in the departments to work on a research project
• Semi-annual workshops on scientific methods for research assistants and professors.

Gendertoolbox
The development and implementation of a gendertoolbox as a "toolbox" for teachers is planned in order to create a sensitivity for gendermainstreaming in university didactics. The toolbox is intended to provide practical aids, suggestions, assistance and solutions for the design of gender-sensitive teaching on how the topic of gender or gender mainstreaming can be integrated into teaching.
