The university actively develops prevention measures.

This currently includes...

  • The preparation and distribution of informational materials. All employees and adjunct faculty are given the policy at the beginning of their employment.  You will also receive a brief introduction during onboarding at . Students currently have the opportunity to obtain information via this homepage and are actively contacted once per semester via e-mail.
  • The training sessions on the guidelines that are offered once a year, including.
    • 2020: Training on the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) and our guidelines with Prof. Claudia Kohl
    • OLAT course with training materials for the contact points according to § 8 of the guideline
  • Workshops, events and diversity projects funded by the coordination office to raise awareness of discrimination protection, e.g.
    • 2021:  Diversity Day "Marginalization and Bullying" with Tsepo Bollwinkel
    • 2018  Workshop "Experiencing whiteness - a critical encounter with privilege" with Tsepo Bollwinkel, a diversity project by Prof. Regina Brunnett
  • The establishment and maintenance of an internal university counseling network and the initiation of further measures in cooperation with Human Resources Development and the student body
