Remote maintenance via network

To enable us to connect directly to your computer desktop (Windows only) in case of support, we use the Teamviewer software. This allows us to connect to your device even beyond security limitations in most cases.

All you have to do is download the client from either our website or the manufacturer's website using the links below and start it. No installation is necessary.

Once launched, all you need to do is phone the supporter with the session ID and session password so they can connect.

You will see what the supporter is doing all the time and you can cancel the session at any time.
