On November 4, 2025, the Competence Center for Leadership Experience (CCLE) at HWG Ludwigshafen held a strategy workshop lasting several hours with the practical experts Frank Ziemer and Roland Braun from ZIEMER BRAUN & P TOP MANAGEMENT CONSULTING.
The focus was on three objectives:
- Exploring cooperation: Which formats, projects and interfaces offer added value for companies, students and the region?
- Thematic sharpening: Which leadership, change and transformation topics are currently really relevant in practice - and how do we address them in the CCLE based on evidence?
- Comparison of practical knowledge: Comparison between scientific findings from business psychology and neuroscience and experience from consulting, management and transformation projects.
The workshop showed:
There is a high level of common understanding for modern, responsible and people-oriented leadership - and for the need to support managers with sound, application-oriented knowledge. On this basis, we are now examining specific cooperation formats, including in the areas of
- joint leadership workshops and practical impulses,
- Integration of real case studies in education and further training,
- exchange formats between companies, students and experts.
The CCLE would like to thank Frank Ziemer and Roland Braun for the intensive, open and future-oriented dialog.
Further information on the planned formats will follow shortly.
