Is AI still a mystery to you? Do you have doubts and wonder whether and how you can use AI in your studies in a meaningful and safe way? Then the AI bootcamp is just right for you!

We offer you a compact, practical introduction to the topic. At the bootcamp, you will learn the basics, explore exciting fields of application and get answers to ethical and legal questions.

After the AI Bootcamp you can ...

  • reproduce and categorize key AI terms,
  • name the most important legal principles relating to AI and incorporate them into practice,
  • explain the basic functioning of individual AI systems,
  • explain how machine learning models are trained, validated and tested,
  • use AI tools competently, for example by formulating targeted prompts for conversational agents or modifying decision trees in RapidMiner,
  • critically assessing the technical, legal and social challenges of AI systemsassess the technical, legal and social challenges of AI systems,
  • analyze and evaluate the ethical implications of different AI systems in order to make responsible decisions
  • analyze how bias and uncertainties arise in AI systems and take them into account when dealing with generative AI

Thursday, September 25 and Friday, September 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on both days at the Ernst-Boehe-Str. 4-6 campus.

Wednesday, September 24 and Thursday, September 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on both days at the Ernst-Boehe-Str. 4-6 campus.

Friday, November 14 and Saturday, November 15, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on both days at the Ernst-Boehe-Str. 4-6 campus.

The following applies: First come, first served. If the course is fully booked, you will be placed on the waiting list. You will receive further information by email before the AI Bootcamp.
