Anyone who wants to take on responsible tasks in the profession can position themselves with additional qualifications
such as the "Training of Trainers" - in short: AdA certificate. Trainers prepare trainees
professionally for the demands of today's everyday working life. The course "Ausbildung
der Ausbilder" in accordance with the Ausbilder-Eignungsverordnung has been offered to HWG LU students for
more than 25 years. What is new is that the course as well as the exam are conducted by HWG LU in cooperation
with the Graduate School Rhein-Neckar (GSRN) in an online format. Thus,
students from all faculties can participate from now on.
