    Personnel marketing and development

"Human resources management is only successful if you put people first. Multinational companies in particular are moving from human resources to human relations. They put people, their values and culture in the foreground. A human resources manager who successfully leads internationally must have sound management knowledge and professional experience. But more than that, what counts is leadership and knowledge of human nature. Through my many years of international experience as a human resources manager in a DAX company, students should acquire the right mix of knowledge to be successful internationally as a human resources manager."

Implementation of personnel selection measures and trainings

    My expertise

... is based on my own experiences during my 20 years of professional activity in the personnel sector,

... gained as an operative personnel consultant and as a manager in an internationally active company,

... continuously developed through the completion of relevant training courses.

During the merger of two DAX corporations, the subsequent restructuring measures and the introduction of new business models, I learned in my various roles as a human resources manager what effects change measures have on people and the overall organization. In this context as well as other coaching occasions, such as "dealing with conflicts with employees / with the supervisor", "new in the role as a manager", "work - life - balance"  I have advised and accompanied managers, employees and colleagues. Today my coaching clients benefit from these valuable experiences.

The people of an organization are the key to success. Finding the "right" ones, i.e. the fit of personal competencies and task requirements is ensured by structured personnel selection . Potential analyses serve as a basis for further development or orientation.
I have profound experience of various personnel selection instruments, such as aptitude diagnostics, assessment centers, structured interviews for specialists and executives as well as trainees. For potential analysis I use psychometric methods with a focus on motivation, personal attitudes and personality traits.
