Step 2: Upload your documents to the application portal

Via the individual upload buttons, you can upload the corresponding documents. An explanation of which documents must be uploaded to which area is explained to you under the buttons.

Note: Information on which documents you generally have to upload in the application portal can be found under "documents to be submitted" in the last column on the Overview of study programs page.

Special features for NC-free Bachelor's and/or Master's degree programs

In NC-free Bachelor's and Master's degree programs, every applicant will be granted a study place who

  • has a university entrance qualification
  • proves that he/she meets the "special admission requirements" that may be required,
  • applies for online enrollment in the application portal in due time and uploads all required documents in the application portal completely and in due time.

With the confirmation of your study place, you will receive information on online enrollment and will be requested to complete the online enrollment in the application portal. subsequently, proof of payment of the semester fee must be uploaded, and you must apply for the electronic health insurance certificate from your health insurance company.

If you have not fulfilled or proven the requirements, you will receive a notification after the documents have been checked, which contains the reason for the exclusion. If the semester fee has already been received, it is possible to apply for a refund.

Application for an NC-restricted Master's program

In the area of NC-restricted master's, you can only submit one application (main application). You can note an alternative study request as an auxiliary application during online registration.

Please note: This auxiliary application will only be considered if there are still free study places to be allocated and there are no more main applications eligible for admission after the admission procedure.
