| Why I would like to stand for election for election: | Hi, my name is Alen Islami. As a student of the International Business Administration degree programs at HWG LU and a working student at the elections research group that works for ZDF, I have learned that votes count. When decision-making processes are transparent. When participation is not just the sound of words, but real involvement. I am running for the Senate because I no longer want to just watch. I want to help shape things - with you, for you. I want our university to not only exist, but to come alive: with ideas, with courage, with change. Because we are not just consumers of education - we are co-creators of the future of our great university! |
| What I want to change at the university I would like to change at the university: | Firstly, above all, more investment in student initiatives! (Green Campus, Hedge Fund Clubs, Political Debating Clubs, IT Clubs, etc.) Interests must be promoted more strongly! On the other hand, I am committed to establishing a "practice network" at HWG LU, which bundles regional companies, start-ups and organizations and networks them specifically with Departments. At the same time, I want to continue to excessively promote the right path towards a sustainable campus. For example, with a "Second-Hand Hub", where students can hand in their old laptops and they will be made available to other students free of charge/at low cost. And many more ideas ... |
