The Department of Social and Health Services is located at the Maxstraße site of the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences. The Maxstraße 29 location of the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences is located in the center of Ludwigshafen, directly opposite the "Pfalzbau" (theater). Parking spaces are always very scarce in the city center, so arrival by public transport is recommended.
 

Arrival by public transport:

From Mannheim main station: At the station forecourt, take streetcar line 4 in the direction of Oggersheim/Bad Dürkheim (turn left coming out of the station). Get off at the stop "Ludwigshafen, Pfalzbau" (5th stop after Mannheim main station).

From the train station Ludwigshafen Mitte: You are directly at Berliner Platz. From there, walk to the university in a few minutes - see city map excerpt - or change at "Berliner Platz" to streetcar line 4 (direction "Oggersheim/Bad Dürkheim") and get off at the stop "Pfalzbau".

From Ludwigshafen main station: At the station forecourt, go to the underpass (signs "Berliner Platz"), the streetcar runs underground there for a short distance. Take line 4 or 10 to the "Pfalzbau" stop. Or walk for about 10-15 minutes: Follow Bahnhofstraße in the direction of the city center to the Maxstraße intersection and turn right to the university.
 

Arriving by car:

Coming from the different freeways, follow the signs "Ludwigshafen -Stadtmitte - Pfalzbau". The "Pfalzbau" is well signposted. You can park in front of the Pfalzbau. The entrance to this parking lot is via Wredestraße coming from the northeast (one-way street).

Arrival by bicycle:

Analogous to the arrival by car, follow the signs "Ludwigshafen -Stadtmitte - Pfalzbau". There are covered bicycle stands directly in front of the Maxstr. building.
