Occupational field / target group

The innovative MBA program in Human Resources Management is aimed at all those who have responsibility in a human resources function or who are aiming to make a difference in the foreseeable future and whose passion is the field of human resources management.
It is also aimed at prospective students who strive to find creative solutions to problems and who want to play an active role in shaping their environment, such as committed managers and specialists
Participants in this course of study bring with them a high level of commitment that goes far beyond the daily job requirements profile. Structure

The degree program is designed as a part-time course of study while working. This enables students to maintain their professional activities. With the MBA Human Resources Management, a demanding, goal-oriented intensive course of study has been developed that links science and business, theory and practice, empiricism and experience. This claim is reflected in the curriculum

The attendance time is distributed over 14 attendance phases  (Thursday to Saturday/Sunday) and 2 block weeks. The first block week takes place as a kickoff at the beginning of the program, the second at the end. After successfully completing the program, participants graduate with the internationally recognized Master of Business Administration (MBA).
