What has become of the alumni of the IHRM Master's program? For this purpose, a survey was conducted in spring 2019 targeting all graduates of the consecutive master's program in International Human Resources Management (IHRM) at Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences (Alumni IHRM = "AI Study 2019"). Since the start of the consecutive program in 2007, around 150 students have graduated with a Master of Arts degree, which will be converted to a Master of Science degree in the coming winter semester.
The study has now been completed to the point where the first selected results can be published on career entry.
