Research Day
Once a year, interested colleagues from the various fields of nursing/health and social work meet to report on and discuss planned, ongoing or completed research projects at the department. The research day promotes the exchange within the faculty about research activities and strengthens the research culture at the department. It is open to the faculty and therefore also to interested students after consultation with the organizers. External guests can participate upon personal invitation. If you are interested in the research day, please contact the research assistant.
Methods workshop
The methods workshop offers colleagues a good opportunity to discuss their research practices, perspectives, attitudes and ethics once a year. For this purpose, internal and/or external speakers are invited to report on their experiences with selected empirical methods of applied research and to discuss them with the colleagues. The workshop forms a framework in which, on the one hand, a theoretical and practical exchange about one's own experiences with methods can take place. On the other hand, it offers an opportunity to approach methods for which there is no own research practice yet. If you are interested in the methods workshop, please contact the research assistant.
