Confidential consultation
Students, professors, lecturers and other persons who belong to the group of persons defined in § 1 of the guideline have the opportunity to obtain advice within the framework of the non-formal procedure. Various contact points are available at the university for this purpose.
The tasks of the counseling centers are defined in § 8 of the directive.

- pointing out possibilities for protection and action against disadvantage or discrimination, harassment, stalking and mobbing
- support in the written formulation of complaints
- Accompaniment during interviews
