Leadership competence is not a question of age or hierarchy - it begins with self-reflection, orientation and the courage to take on responsibility. Our program is aimed at performance-oriented students of business psychology, management and related business administration and social sciences who want to prepare themselves specifically for their professional future.

For education and university staff: promoting and shaping leadership
As a lecturer or member of staff at the HWG LU, you have the opportunity to actively contribute leadership topics to education, research and university development. The Competence Center sees itself as a driving force and cooperation partner for all those who not only want to teach leadership, but also shape it.
Your opportunities:
- Integration of leadership formats into your education - with support from guest speakers, impulse formats and best practices
- Participation in practice-oriented projects, e.g. in the form of case studies, business games or company collaborations
- Networking with leadership research teams and access to third-party funded cooperation projects
