Contents of research practice and research interests: Palliative care and dementia, dementia in acute care, interface management outpatient/inpatient focus geriatrics, counseling & care, support of caring relatives, the transferability of international models of care-guided continence counseling to the German health care system, health and social inequality, health promotion, health science, care of people in crisis situations.

Research projects:

  • A secondary data analysis of midwives' workload and care density in clinical obstetric care of low-risk parturients* (completed) "more information " - Prof. Nina Knape, (Ph.D.).
  • Scientific monitoring and evaluation of the model project "Feasibility and effectiveness of a dementia care expert-led, outreach, dyadic support program for patients with dementia and their family caregivers" (completed) "further information " - Prof. Esther Berkemer, Ph.D.
